The Aliens attack the earth Haven’t you read stories of how some aliens from Mars or other planets would attack mankind one day and create havoc? I am sure you have not only read but also watched Hollywood movies, showing odd-looking creatures suddenly swooping down on the hapless earthlings with vengeance.I am always amused by the imagination (or the lack of it) of the people who conceived the idea. Invariably, the aliens are shown somewhat resembling men human beings, walking on two legs, a comic looking face with a flat nose, two holes in the face to represent the equivalent of eyes so on and so forth. Their body size would be a tad smaller or sometimes bigger but the basic framework would limit itself to an altered, convenient image of a human being, as we know of. Well, well, well. We are all taught by the great seers to see God in everything around us, aren’t we? Of course, the pictorial representation of Gods and deities we see in movies all look like human beings. One would argue that these Gods lived with other ferocious or benign animals; eventually subjugating them to become meek and obedient creatures they could ride on.Stretching my imagination, when I read and hear about the Corona virus, I see them as aliens from other worlds that we do not know as yet. Why should our imagination about the size to be approximately limited to that of human beings? Why can’t they be smaller; much smaller, all the way up to the size of a virus? The features of their bodies could be vastly different. They could ride the air, survive in water, and attack in the dark recesses of the internal organs of our bodies! Think. Think hard. Where were they hiding all these years?  Perhaps they landed on our Earth several years ago, several hundred years ago, several thousand years ago and were lying low; away from the prying eyes of our scientists. Perhaps they are the products of some strange mutation of cells of some animals. Like the heroes from our epics, they have a totally different (alien) type of arms to attack us! They fight like the guerilla warriors; hiding, then attacking in ways that defy our historic perceptions. When enemies like such guerillas attack, the Earthlings are confused, not aware as to from which side and in what manner they will attack. With concerted efforts of the scientist fraternity, hopefully, we will find a way to deal with these aliens. They will probably lie low for some time, some years, some decades, some centuries, regroup in some other form and attack us once again. Lord Rama used an army of monkeys to attack the devil king. Maybe, in the eyes of these aliens, we are the devils and within their own communities, they have sub-communities to attack the devil. Perhaps they have their own Gods, their own justification to treat us like devils.The tug of war has gone on for eons and is unlikely to end conclusively even if mankind annihilates the corona aliens.
